Peachtree Corners' Mayor, Mike Mason, invites you to become a Local Business on the "Choose
PTC" app, Peachtree Corner's newest initiative to boost sales at local businesses.
Powered by the creative experts at Colu, this initiative is brought to you and sponsored by the City of
Peachtree Corners. There is NO COST and you DO NOT need to be a member of the chamber to participate.
The "Choose PTC" app rewards residents and visitors for shopping at Peachtree Corners' local
businesses. The City’s rewards come in the form of "PTC Points". Each "PTC Point"
equals $1, and can be easily redeemed at participating local businesses.

Please submit this form and your application will be reviewed. Note the following program criteria:
1. Business must have a storefront located within the city limits of Peachtree Corners, GA.
2.
Business must be small (locally owned franchises please contact Louis Svehla at:
lsvehla@peachtreecornersga.gov).
3. Business must accept credit and/or debit cards.
4.
Business should contribute to the overall quality of the community.
After this form is submitted and if you qualify, you will receive an email with next steps.
By applying, you will be opting in to be listed on the Choose PTC platform as a participating business.
A "Participating Business" is a business located in the City of Peachtree Corners that has
agreed to participate in the Peachtree Corners Program and thereby enables customers to earn PTC Points
funded by the city, when they shop at your business.
